Check, Done! Services BV (“Check, Done! “) is a full- fledged service company, initiated by Freek Snel of Snel Corporate Tax & Law in 2020. It has today three principals, a corporate lawyer/corporate service expert, a accounting expert and a tax lawyer.

Check, Done! provides a broad range of services. The services range from administration (including bookkeeping), via financial, legal and tax services (including advice) to project management. The services also include IT services and assistance with recruitment and finding service providers and suppliers and many other practical issues.

Check, Done! operates through its own staff as well as via trusted third parties. We have a broad network, grown over the years. We work with a pro-active can-do mentality.

Since its inception, amongst others, Check, Done!, has been providing services to real estate companies, to subsidiaries of publicly listed companies, to companies owned by entrepreneurial families and to profit and non-profit organisations. Our client base is stable and consistent.

Check, Done! is not a ‘regulated business’ such as an audit firm, law firm, trust company or financial institution. Insofar ‘regulated services’ are provided, these will –under coordination- be provided by companies that have the required status.
